We are extremely glad to announce that all our dining rooms are now open. As tough as the last few months have been, we are so grateful for all of you who have written kind notes, sent texts and emails, posted photos and comments and most importantly – continued to visit us. You kept us going and kept our spirits high.
When we moved to a take-out only model, we implemented a 15% service fee (also called Employee Relief Fund) in order to support our employees during this difficult time and to balance fewer hours and customers. 100% of this always went directly to them. This remained in place throughout our gradual opening process. However, now that all locations are open, we have decided to remove the 15% service fee for dine-in guests starting today, June 5. The fee will remain for take out, and 100% of it will continue to go to our employees.
You all have gone above and beyond with your generosity throughout this crisis, and we can’t thank you enough for that.
