Huey’s Collierville will close its doors to the public for twelve to fourteen total days, beginning February 19th, 2018, to pursue needed upgrades. With the help of Traditional Construction, the Collierville location will see upgrades in a couple of areas of the restaurant; mainly the dining room. The bathrooms will be fully renovated and remodeled to look fresh and appealing. Last week was very heart melting as we dropped off donations for four different non-profit organizations for our annual holiday giving. This year we had four different non-profit organizations that we donated to: The “Memphis” Stores collected over $2,000 in tricycles and other playground toys, books, puzzles and many learning tools for the New Hope Christian Academy Pre-K through 1st Grade students! Each year, Huey’s participates in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K Walk, benefiting American Cancer Society. Every year we have a team called the Huey’s Hotfooters to raise money and try to reach our goal of $2000. The team of 18 all met at Tiger Lane this year on October 22, 2017 even in the rain! Tater Tots are now on the menu! Starting October 18th, all nine Huey’s locations will begin offering a new menu item- Tater Tots! Earlier this month, the Germantown and Poplar locations rolled out the tater tots for testing and the feedback has been fantastic!
