Huey’s serves more than just burgers. They have an enormous menu to choose from ranging from shrimp baskets, Po Boys, catfish baskets, appetizers of all kinds, grilled chicken and chicken tenders as well as their Famous Huey Burgers. The options are endless. This time, I decided to try something a little different. I went with the Shrimp Po Boy. If you’re not familiar with what a Po Boy is, it a sandwich that is served on a hoagie bun, topped with shrimp, chicken or other meat. My shrimp po boy came with round disks like shrimp that was deep fried, of course, topped with tomato, lettuce and a side cup of buffalo sauce.
