In case you all don’t know, we have very hardworking employees. They are experts at getting you quality food in a short period of time with a smile on their faces. They can wait on many tables at once, and there is no struggle when we get busy. We have the best servers, kitchen staff, managers, and office employees in the city. To thank our employees for all of their hard work, we held an Employee Appreciation Night at Levitt Shell on Saturday.
Since we are a sponsor of Levitt Shell, we had access to the beautiful white tents at the top of the hill for the night. The students at the Stax Music Academy put on a wonderful performance, as they sang the original songs along with many of the classics off the Stax record label. There was food, libations, and lots of fun. Though it was hot, the weather was beautiful once the sun went down.
