On July 8th, all nine Huey’s locations began offering two new seasonal items for 2019!
Enjoy the following seasonal offerings through summer and fall months:
Mac ‘N’ Cheese Burger: A scoop of white Mac ‘N’ Cheese, sizzling bacon, scallions, and diced tomatoes, piled on top of the World Famous Huey Burger with a slice of white American cheese, and a drizzle of chipotle ranch dressing, served on a buttered and toasted brioche bun. $8.95
World Famous Huey Burger Salad: Everything but the bread! A Huey Burger patty with grated cheddar cheese, tomatoes, pickles and onion on top of fresh cut mixed greens and is served with their new signature Goldminer Sauce on the side. $8.50
These items were eventually chosen by the Huey’s Menu Development Committee. “Huey’s is always looking for creative ways to keep our menu fresh and exciting for our guests. The Mac ‘N’ Cheese Burger on our new Brioche bun was a no brainer for us. We also like to maintain some healthier items as well by adding our Huey Burger Salad with Certified Angus Beef,” explains Steve Voss, the Vice President of Operations. “The new signature sauce for the salad was created by Ashley Boggs Robilio, one of the owners of Huey’s.” Before rolling out any new special or seasonal item, several weeks of testing are required at a couple of locations first. “Both items have really taken off at our Germantown and East Memphis locations and we have had positive feedback so far.”
In addition to the new items, the Chicken Salad Sandwich and Chicken Salad Plate appear annually on the Huey’s seasonal menu during the Spring and Summer months. Long time patrons look forward to this every year!
