What has been your favorite part about working at Huey’s?
My favorite part has just been working at Huey’s. I love working here, that’s why I’ve been here so long. I get along with everybody, and everybody gets along with me. It’s like family. I love every part of it.
What’s the best part of working in the restaurant industry?
Cooking has always been my thing. I’ve been doing it 25, 30 years. That’s what I love doing.
What’s your best memory from your time at Huey’s?
Best memory was way back when all the older people were here. All of us got together and did our own get together, and that was my favorite thing.
What is a fun fact about you?
I tell jokes all day, I make people laugh. Making people laugh and smiling makes them have a better day. That’s what I do, mostly – tell jokes! Want to hear one?
