What has been your favorite part about working at Huey’s?

Probably the people I work with! The day crew is great. We’re all older, mature, we do what we’re supposed to do.

What’s the best part of working in the restaurant industry?

Even though it stays the same, it’s also different. I’ve worked in the restaurant business since I was 16, and now I’m 61. So you figure the math.

What is a fun fact about you?

I’m a big sports fan. My team is the New York Yankees.

What’s your best memory from your time at Huey’s?

There have been so many things that have happened over the years. I can’t think of one that stands out, it’s just all been good!
