We had another great year serving up drinks at the main bar at Zoo Rendezvous! The theme for the event this year was “An Evening in Africa” so we went with a safari theme for our bar decorations. Thanks to everyone who joined us for the Memphis Zoo’s biggest fundraiser of the year!

Huey’s is listed in Thrillist’s We Narrowed Down the Best Burger in Memphis article: There’s a reason Memphians have voted Huey’s the best burger restaurant time and time again, and it’s not just that you can write all over the walls and shoot toothpicks at the ceiling through straws. The classic, purist-pleasing World Famous Huey Burger boasts a 1/3lb juicy beef patty on a toasted sesame seed bun, cooked medium, and dressed to your specifications with Swiss or cheddar cheese. A side of the ginormous crispy fried onion rings is a must. Read the full article on Thrillist
We absolutely LOVED partnering with Collierville High School to participate in the Special Education work program. Chris was a gem to have work with us in the store. His thoughts: I love how you go out into the community, learn more skills like working in the kitchen, setting the tables. What I like to do the most is put the mats on the tables and fix the drinks. Tune in around the 5:10 mark to starting hearing about Huey’s participation and our employee Chris. Collierville Special Education from Collierville High School on Vimeo.
Huey’s is looking for energetic and enthusiastic employees who are ready to work in a fun, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Thanks to Jenny Finny, from Not Just Another Southern Gal blog, for visiting us during Music Fest weekend at our Downtown location. Here’s a sneak peek at her review: Huey’s serves more than just burgers. They have an enormous menu to choose from ranging from shrimp baskets, Po Boys, catfish baskets, appetizers of all kinds, grilled chicken and chicken tenders as well as their Famous Huey Burgers. The options are endless. This time, I decided to try something a little different. I went with the Shrimp Po Boy. If you’re not familiar with what a Po Boy is, it a...Read More
We had such a great time at Church Health Center’s Walking As One on April 23rd! Thanks to everyone who came by and played in our kid’s tent! We had a frill pick shooting game, bubbles, and a graffiti wall to sign. See all of our photos here on our Facebook page. Learn more about Walking As One and how you can be involved here.
