NEW Caesar Salad at Huey’s!

For a limited time, all Huey’s locations will have a Caesar Salad available! Every year for our spring special menu, we bring back our homemade chicken salad. You can order it as a sandwich or a plate with cheese and crackers. This year we have decided to roll out a new option for our guests to try. The Caesar Salad is a mixture of romaine and iceberg lettuce, Texas toast croutons, and Parmesan cheese tossed in our Caesar dressing. Add chicken for $4.00, add salmon for $6.00, or tuna steak for $6.00.

Huey’s Collierville Getting Some Upgrades

Huey’s Collierville will close its doors to the public for twelve to fourteen total days, beginning February 19th, 2018, to pursue needed upgrades. With the help of Traditional Construction, the Collierville location will see upgrades in a couple of areas of the restaurant; mainly the dining room. The bathrooms will be fully renovated and remodeled to look fresh and appealing. Huey’s Introducing New Menu Item

Tater Tots are now on the menu! Starting October 18th, all nine Huey’s locations will begin offering a new menu item- Tater Tots! Earlier this month, the Germantown and Poplar locations rolled out the tater tots for testing and the feedback has been fantastic! Huey’s Millington Donates $5000 to the Millington Crisis Center

Back in the beginning of May, we collected donations for the Millington Crisis Center during our two soft openings for our new Millington location. The MCC coordinates assistance through donations and community resources to families in need from crisis situations. Huey’s Millington Grand Opening May 8th!

The well-anticipated Huey’s 9th location in Millington will finally open its doors to the public on Monday, May 8th, 2017 at 11:00am. The property is located at 8570 Highway 51 North in the Shops of Millington Farms; a 125,000-square-foot retail center being developed by Gil Ryan just north of Lowe’s. The general contractor, Traditional Construction Co. Inc, started this project in mid- December. The restaurant measures in at a little more than 4,100 square feet and includes a 900-square-foot patio. Huey’s Employees Feed the Homeless on Christmas Day

For the 4th year, Mike and Bobbye Garrity, Terry Gant, and Prentiss Jones put together a feast to feed the homeless.  With items such as fresh cooked turkey and homemade dressing, green beans, sweet potatoes, giblet gravy, and cranberry sauce, no one left hungry.  They spent many hours in their kitchens getting all of these items ready to feed people that don’t always get a hot home cooked meal on a holiday.  It is truly a labor of love.
